1st time Pallet Delivery from warehouse to Amazon
Hi Can someone give advice please
I have booked the shipment and printed the labels and the pallet labels.
I will send these to the warehouse as normal
Do I ring UPS as normal and book the collection in the normal way for small parcel delivery?

You need to create an account I think and then UPS will contact you to arrange the collection

It takes about a week for them to organise collection and they will onky collect from a commercial address
Just note that you asked on another thread about voiding charges on an fba shipment and I said you can within 24 hours - that was only for boxes, not pallets

You will be contacted by UPSUK, it is different to UPS parcel delivery. they will onboard you first and check whether your premises is suitable for a collection.
Once this is done you will have an account created (not a UPS account for payments etc) You will then be provided with a login and you can see your bookings come through from Amazon to your UPS account.
You will be then provided with a collection number and date when UPS will pick up.
You can’t arrange the collection, it has to be Amazon. The only time when you can query pick ups with UPS on pallets is after you are fully onboarded and have the UPSUK account.
Just a bit confused as you mention pallets and parcels so have you set up a parcel or pallet collection. If it is a parcel, then call UPS or if a pallet then you will be contacted by UPSUK.
