iPhone seller app not listing

For some reason my seller app on my iPhone is not working as soon as I try to list a product it just get stuck on the loading page then nothing need help as I’ve contacted amazon and they said every thing is fine there end delete the app wait 24 hours ???
As was still in sync with the apple update.
But I’ve got the app on my old iPhone and was working fine but since the app updated same issue really need help guys

As was still in sync with the apple update.
But I’ve got the app on my old iPhone and was working fine but since the app updated same issue really need help guys

Is it an brand you have not created a listing in the last month since the new policy come in?

I have experienced the exact same issue for the last week (latest update had no effect)

I am either met with a blank page when loading the app or if it works past that point, if I attempt to add a product, the app gets stuck on the loading screen

I have sold similar if not the same product before so I do not believe the new policy changes should be the cause

Same issue here, just get the Amazon seller logo and nothing below on iPhone 8plus

I can confirm this bug. It happened overnight and is related to programming changes on the product details page.

Still works fine in a browser and on android. I was paranoid all day there was something wrong with my account because after timing out it logs you out and you have to log back in. You can view and browse your inventory but can not add new products.

Running latest OS and the problem happened on an older and updated version of iOS amazon seller app.
