Glitches in system and no valid explanation for why rating dropped this month, please help
Account rating dropped for no reason today anf it had dropped 2x this month even though I have no issues on my ccount outside of on time delivery that is showing 1 order was late even though tracking shows delivered ontime.
Also multiple customers have put in 5 star reviews and they are not showing up
I am canadian store only and a little worried.
Please help me under stand and fix. I just want to be able to serve my customers to the best of my ability.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues you observed with your account health rating. I understand you saw the metric drop which caused concern for the overall health of the account. I do want to offer assistance as I understand this process can be difficult to navigate.

Generally, the account health rating is going to be based off the total sales volume that you have on the account. You will see four points granted towards the rating for every 200 orders that are successfully fulfilled, and it will look at a rolling window of 180 days which means you will see the score fluctuate if you do not have a consistent sales volume. Outside of this, the only time you could see the rating decrease is if you were to receive a policy violation.
Have you noticed any issues impacting the account recently? If so, I would encourage you to share more on the specific ASIN and policy that is being effected so that I may further review and provide support to you.
