Constant Copyright Violation - Term Land Rover

Hello,

My question is, how do you sell art of a copywrite term, without getting deleted from amazon?

--

Were selling land rover art work however the term "land rover" is copywrited and our listing keep getting nuked, the art is represented as pictures, shapes that appeal to land rover fans / lovers or people looking for land rover themed gifts.

I have put in my listing - Automotive Art for Land Rover using the FOR term however they keep getting delisted.

Amazon states that

[Your Product’s Brand Name] + [Product Name] + “for”/”compatible with”/”fits”/”intended for” + [Brand of Main Product] + [Main Product Name] + (other product title elements, if applicable)

How are other people listing art? gifts for land rovers or other trade marked terms?

The example below doesnt follow the follow the “for”/”compatible with”/”fits”/”intended for” but is still listed.

For example - this listing: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Landrover-Defender-Plaque-Fence-House/dp/B0773RCZ69/ref=sr_1_43?crid=3TV29ZAJ1VXFV&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.Vxg9olxZyAE00uMdHYTrudamk_aFE9oQvwZTCHasOSBphqy09tA5jjiQ9Zes4YhlPEf4_LVwJD_5d6yZGWGEjArOBAnDG4P1Wu-RtdisqafGeQpTm1e8q9udb3_Dopp_prbbCMcOIRocyjeqrwrgJGfxR1a-h9tfIeycPNDSb3Se0DfoXSS9a0Nfnlat10CaTJ5WprHtReVWH9UPJEoQl_zjK_ubfk8wtl1J1Q97w3RC7wTqySMWI2UnzLM16u-6blNZvwgNk-JQrs6zVrk96IlkqyHXM1C6U2whUGURkM5KSZ30TxVKhIu5alBVVZ3GkAHrDBMuhigg09I5JquHmnu7es1bxqhP4-0U3IwbXzrYPjlsS6C3hgyBpcbAuACl5OVsEI8rb3zEwPvdRApuplumqWpigFxxmPnQORNGjOdTYpQ7NgIvaJ1t1yr2i0ho.MpFKkZyKI78Szqlk5bRCfxcNwc86IqE1pNcjg5xCMVE&dib_tag=se&keywords=land+rover&qid=1743068239&sprefix=land+rover%2Caps%2C240&sr=8-43

Well technically, you can't use the trademark Land Rover unless you have approval from JLR to use the brand.

If you do use it, you'd be infringing their copyright.

The example you have listed hasn't used the term 'Land Rover' but 'landrover' though i'd imagine if JLR actually applied their powers they could probably get that listing removed for trademark infringement.

You need to describe your product without using the term Land Rover - All Terrain 4x4 Vehicle Something I imagine would be the realistic workaround.

The protection afforded by using the 'for (brand name)' isn't a way to use a trade marked term freely, it's so you can describe that, for example, your phone screen protector is suitable for certain phone brands.
