Hope you are well.

We have brand representative rights on a brand, they have one listing with many variations and have allowed us to add a listing variation, we have followed everything on Amazon to create it, but just keep hitting errors, it keeps adding it as a separate listing.

Despite following all of Amazon's instructions which just do NOT work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
