Product Removal ORder from FC

I am extremely disappointed with the way my case has been handled. I have been trying to get the 04 unfulfillable units returned for quite some time, and despite multiple follow-ups, Amazon seller support team has failed to provide a clear resolution. The lack of accountability and problem-solving from seller support has been beyond frustrating.

The issue is straightforward: Our listing was suspended due to a customer complaint, but after providing proof of compliance, it was reinstated. However, the reinstatement could not be processed due to unfulfillable units remaining in the fulfillment center as informed by Product safety compliance team. On the other hand, seller support is insisting to reinstate the ASIN first before creating the removal order.

I have reached the peak of my frustration. Both the matter goes back to Amazon team for resolution yet no body is taking up the ownership. My business is being directly affected, and I can no longer afford to wait while seller support continuously fails to take effective action.

Does someone has any idea or any contact which could help me out in this case?
