New Seller Account

Hello,

I hope you are well. I currently manage a UK-based seller account on Amazon FBA under a company registered in the UK.

I plan to close this account, and I intend to open a new Amazon FBA UK account under a new company registered with an overseas address.

My question is: Can I use the same computer to handle both the existing UK account and the new account for my overseas company, especially during the transition period?

I want to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies regarding multiple seller accounts and avoid any potential issues related to using the same device or same IP address.

Thank you for your guidance.

Best regards

Hello @Seller_zhuaqjwWhUijw!

In regard to your inquiry, you may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell, unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing. (here is the Help page)

Examples of a legitimate business justification include:

You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each

You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies

You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts

Here is a Seller university video that may guide more you with your inquiry.

Any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support channel.

Regards,

JiAlex
