I have submitted an appeal and it got rejected by amazon automated response
I have taken all the corrective measures and preventative measures but amazon has not activated my account i have told them multiple times that i do not have any relation with the dyelix leathers account and im the owner of Lecuir Elegant store only.
The virtual assitant was working for multiple clients and she was working for that account and many times i have explained this to Amazon team i have terminated her and submitted so many proofs also notorised the termination letter by a lawyer i had to pay fees for notarization just to make sure that all the documents are attested by a lawyer too so amazon team can believe me that I do not own or have any relation with that account.
so disappointing to see that appeal is getting rejected by automated responses its been almost 4 months i have faced so much loss due to this deactivation which sadly i do not know about the other account the VA told me later when i investigated the suspension of my account that she was working for other client.
Amazon senior team should reactivate the account since i have appealed them with detail proofs and appeal and have clearly mentioned the steps that i have taken and revoked the access of the Virtual Assistant

Generally, if the association was due to a third party service utilized, the expectation will be to provide details surrounding what the partnership entailed. This should include what information and access that was shared, in addition to, a timeline of when the association began and ended. If the details do not align with our teams investigation, they will reject the submission.
Without a sufficient submission, the only option would be for the other account to resolve the issues that are impacting them for you to resolve the issues on your own account. If you are unable to provide the required information and the other account does not resolve their issues, we cannot guarantee a resolution for this concern.
