Different expected delivery time for two FBA items

Hello,

If you look at the screenshot below, you can see that both offers are fulfilled FBA, yet the expected delivery date is June 28 for third party seller and June 27 for Amazon vendor.

At first, I considered the possibility that our FBA inventory was located in a different FC than Amazon, prehaps more far away from my delivery address on my buyer's account, so that would explain the difference.

However, it doesn't make much sense because we have over 2000 units and I am guessing that Amazon has spread them across various FC, not a single one.

Why does Amazon seem to have a logistic edge, delivering items 1 day before?

Thanks

Did you run a FBA inventory report on that ASIN to see? You can run the report and see exactly which warehouses your inventory is stored in at FBA.

It might not be across a single one, maybe a couple, or maybe some is being FC transferred around and shows a later shipping date until it gets closer to you.

Hello @Seller_xJx7vH6fvZFD9,

Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums.

What @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 mentioned is the best path to follow. It will allow you to comprehend better the reason behind the difference in the Estimated Delivery Date. Additionally, if after reviewing those details you consider it should be reviewed by Amazon, I recommend you to open a case with Selling Partner Support.

In case you did already, please feel free to share the case ID here so we can investigate further.
