Browser Nodes Missing
Hello. My products were under a wrong category so they were removed as well as their browser nodes. The category was changed to the correct one but I cannot seem to get browser nodes added to my ASIN making it nearly impossible to find under a general search in its category. My products are in the subscription box sndbx department and I've emailed for several days with no response. The catalog department said they cannot make changes because subscriptions are a different department. Has anyone experienced this? Sales have dropped dramatically when the browser nodes were removed. Who can help?

Hey @Seller_H6gvbf6HzPXIL, you mentioned you've tried some methods already to update your browse nodes, does that include what's described in this help page? If so, can you let me know that case ID you mentioned as well?
