GS1 -GTIN upc issues How to resolve ?

Amazon recently remove the product detail page due to GTIN issue across all marketplaces; We did provide and affiliation letter that we are the brand owner and manufacturer; the gs1 prefix certificate and letters. However; it has been 4 weeks and still not resolved.
Has anyone been in the same situation ? how did you guys resolved it ?
Please share your experience here so that other sellers can learn and resolve the issues faster.
I don't think seller university has information about that. Watching youtube video is not helpful; they just have appealing title to lure you in to get the view LOL.

I just wanted to stop by and see if you had seen the latest note on CASE ID ending in 4651 which I believe is the case associated to your GTIN issue you are referring to above as it mentions, "60% of all our asin have been removed across all marketplaces." (please correct me if I am wrong).
The last update says: "We could not find any affiliation between the Brand and GTIN Owner."
The proof shared was not enough. Therefore they are requesting you provide additional documentation. Once the required valid proof is provided they will continue to proceed with further investigation.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions regarding the latest update on the case or share the correct CASE ID if I happen to be reviewing the incorrect CASE. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
