General - Business forwarding address?

Hi all,

This is slightly off Amazon, but just wondering if anyone can recommend any Business forwarding companies?

Just where I can move my registered office address too?

I have spent quite a while researching, and they all fairly expensive, or charge a fair amount for forwarding documents etc.

Anyone use anyone they are happy with?

Many thanks

It depends how much mail you’re expecting.

If it’s just tax letters and official documents, then many companies offer the mail forwarding as part of the service.
If you’re expecting a lot of other letters though, it’ll be a lot more expensive.

Try ‘1st formations’ and ‘smart-formations’
Ignore the fact they’ll register your company, they offer other services too.
If I recall, one of them scans the documents and forwards them all by email, and the other has a PAYG service, where they tell you a letter has arrived and you then pay the forwarding fee individually.

a few years back, we moved back home to operate and simply got a PO box with Royal Mail. Cheap, accepted by Amazon, CH and HMRC

Hi, thank you both fore your help.

The PO BOX sounds a great solution, unfortunately it’s twice as much as others.

I am looking into the other two, just wanted to say thanks : )

In the past when I had a bigger business, I just used my accountant’s address as our registered address. But we rarely got any mail to it. So it depends on what you’re expecting.

Ha! That is funny…

We are just remote (home mainly) used to have an office years ago but decided we could work differently.

Our registered address already has quite a few changes on comp house, just looking for one concrete one we can use for a few years now ! ; )
