Urgent: Unjust Suspension due Name Change
Dear Amazon Team,
We have repeatedly requested a change in our entity name from NP Fashion to NP Global, submitting all necessary documents multiple times. Despite our consistent efforts, our requests were either ignored or misunderstood.
Our updated business documents—approved and accepted by our physical bank and the GST Council of India—clearly reflect the name change. However, Amazon has refused to acknowledge the same without providing any valid reason, leading to the unjust suspension of our account.
This is highly unfair. If government authorities and financial institutions have accepted the entity name change, why is Amazon unwilling to do the same? We have provided all necessary evidence, yet our concerns have been disregarded, resulting in a serious business setback.
We demand an immediate review and reinstatement of our account as we have complied with all legal and procedural requirements. Kindly escalate this matter on priority and provide a resolution at the earliest.

This is a seller forum, not a direct line to Amazon, although a forum mod may see it but there will be an infinitely small chance of them doing anything about it.
There is already a NPGlobal brand on Amazon. This may be why yours is being blocked. This is just a brand though, not a legal entity but it may still be a problem, especially if you are trying to register the "NP Global" brand.
