Review Removal Request

A customer placed an order on Amazon. A few hours after shipping, customer requests return due "Incompatible or Not Useful", even though the order had not been delivered yet, then cancelled the return request, and then resubmitted the return request saying she didn’t order the item. We rerouted the order back to our warehouse, provided a full refund of the item price, but not the shipping per Amazon policy since this was not a seller error.

Order ID: # 701-3496528-3111449

Customer then gets upset that she didn't get a full refund and leaves a bogus review:

"Low quality and and missing items and no response and help from the seller. Never trust them again"

Customer opens A-Z claim, which Amazon denied. I would like Amazon to remove the review as well, but the removal request gets auto denied immediately, case 16627912151.

Hopefully an Amazon rep here can assist.

Before our team can investigate further and submit your case for additional review, we need you to provide a screenshot of the email received when you submitted the report of the review.

This email can be found on the Amazon account you used to submit the report by going to: Your Account > Your Messages > Subject: “Thanks for reporting a review”.

The screenshot should include the date of when the email was received and the reference number to identify the review. Kindly note that the report should had been made at least 48 hours before contacting us.
