Suspected Intellectual Property Violations

I have been receiving quite a few Suspected Intellectual Property Violations , mostly for listing that i am not the author
Normally its some thing simple as another seller has when creating listing placed incorrect brand
Example
Wismec Gnome Coils 1.5 Ohms
They have placed Gnome as the brand instead of Wismec
Most of them i have being able to change and within few days Suspected Intellectual Property Violation is removed .
The problem is i have the odd one that will not reinstate even thou correct correct information is added
Example Wismec is brand
Wismec WSO4 Coils 5-Pack 1.7 Ohms
Brand … Wismec
Any help to how i can get these back up and running

It sounds like Amazon isn’t accepting the updates to reflect them on the site.
In this case, it will be necessary to open a case with the Seller Support under “Products and Inventory” - “Product page issue” and “Fix a product page”.
You will be asked to provide some proof supporting your desired updates, such as a link to the manufacturer’s website.
But these days, it is very difficult to make Amazon accept any changes so be prepared that even this may not work.

I have been given a SIPV for a logo misuse. (Leapfrog) When I click on edit there isn’t even a picture of the item? How am I supposed to edit something that isn’t there?? Or, I am I missing something. Listing has been deleted from Amazon.

has amazon gone insane or crazy.received 35 suspected policy warnings on all of our own branded listings and removed.sent certificate of trademark registeration but no news yet.has there any policy or rule introduced?which listings are they targeting?the ones which have brand name in title or what?

I had an item flagged last week for a trademarked logo infringement on a Leapfrog item. Listing was removed. When I tried to edit everything appeared blank. I went into the item today and it has been reinstated and repopulated with a new picture by a different seller. My listing of this item has also been reinstated but violation is still showing. Seems a bit odd.
