[Help needed] Cannot login to seller account due to buyer account "misuse"

I am new to the forum, and using my friend’s account to posting this, because I urgently need your help resolving my account issue.
Over a week ago, we found that we cannot login to our seller account because of “misuse amazon services”. We tried to check our emails, but there is no notification related to account closure. We have been reaching out to amazon and searching for answers over the internet since then.
We tried to contact amazon, but because our account is closed(or on hold), we cannot use the seller central.
We created another buyer’s account just to get amazon support, and successfully reached out to amazon. The email we got is “Amazon.uk found that the rate at which refunds were occurring on your account was extraordinary and could not continue.”
From my understanding, our account is on hold because of high refund rate. This is something we never did, we are amazon seller, never used our account to buy things. This on hold caused both buyer and seller account unable to use. (As we know, when registering a seller account, it automatically comes with an buyer account, same email address).
We tried reach out at least 4 time, and every time the customer service told us a dedicated team will reach out to us through email, but we never received any related email to verify our information. And we waited multiple 24hours.
We highly believe this is an false positive within amazon’s system.
If you know the answer, had this experience before, or know someone from amazon browsing the forum, please let me know. Greatly appreciate any help and lead.

Have you accessed their account on your device ?
If so, amazon may now link your accounts and suspend theirs too
Did they specifically say refunds to you as a buyer ? Or refunds you made as a seller - ie not fulfilling orders ?

I have heard of Amazon removing buyer accounts due to the amount of returns/refunds.
