However, during the video verification, I simply turned my head as instructed and captured my ID as required. I am unsure what went wrong with the verification process. Moreover, I did receive an email confirming that my identity verification was successful afterward. I am confident that all my steps and documents were correct, and I hope to be given the opportunity to apply for video verification again. Thank You.
