Coupons and Non Stacking
We opened case 16653263881 to address the issue we are having with coupons.
We have a Standard coupon running along with Subscribe n Save (SnS) and Reorder. All are non-stacking per the new option.
However, the Sns & Reorder were made before the Standard and are blocking the Standard coupon offer because the asins are overlapping.
My impression was that this was the point to "non-stacking". Customers would be presented with SnS coupons when looking to do a Subscription. When customers reordered they could choose that coupon and failing either one, see a Standard coupon offer.
How does this work then? Very Confused.
