Gated misbranded product

hey guys just a quick question.

I have applied to sell a product on amazon which it then prompted me to come with an invoice of the product, this was no problem as i bought 30 from my wholesaler and sent off the invoice to become ungated. I had then found out the actual listing is misbranded such as all the information is correct, just that the seller changed the brand name to their own website i believe. This isn't a private label product as I've already sold the brand on other listings.

I had contacted seller support but they seem to be no help, is there no way to resolve this as i wasnt the one who created the listing?
