Listing new products - 24 hours, did this change?

I have just listed a new item with variations, went to list on etsy and ebay and then come back when it loads into my inventory to add the photos as they are different on each variation so not on the main listing.
However, it wasn’t there, so I checked the tab where I listed it and it now says 24 hours, it used to be 30 minutes. So is this a new thing, have they now changed to 24 hours. My items will be instantly supressed no doubt as no photos.
So to list now we have to do it over 24 hours with variations, and to add/edit the customised box. How long has it been 24 hours? I listed something this week and it was 30 minutes, which is much better.

Yesterday there was a major technical issue with Amazon - there are several threads about it.

Has anyone notice product discription & bullet points from certain ASIN’s is not showing on the product page but is still prresent within the listing after this technical issue.
We have had certain ASIN’s discription & bullet points removed from UK only but are still visible on DE, FR, ES etc.
