can anyone help on this i never use drop shipping for my seller fulfillment order still got mail from amazon currently i am using 3rd party logistics for shipping i already provide all order details with ther like tracking number POD etc. but still they keep asking for details

I understand you have recently received a notification that your account and seller-fulfilled offers are currently under review. These reviews take place in order for Amazon to protect its buyers and validate delivery information for your orders. During this time, which should not exceed 30 days, we can limit your selling privileges as a preventative measure against further possible impact to Amazon customers. Limits on selling privileges can include temporary suspension of all listings or suspension of seller-fulfilled listings. Although funds will remain in your account, during this review we will also temporarily limit your ability to receive disbursements as per applicable laws and policies. Once we confirm delivery of recent seller-fulfilled orders, your offers will be automatically reactivated and you can proceed with funds disbursements according to your normal disbursement schedule.

Have you recently received any complaints or communication from your customers regarding not receiving their items? Why did they not receive their items?

There should be clarification made to your processes. Are you stating you use a 3rd party to ship the orders? Who is the carrier? What does this mean? Do you have a 3rd party who stores and ships the items for you? Are they providing valid tracking information?

Allowing a third-party to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf, is not acceptable unless it is clear to the customer that you are the seller of record. If this is not clear and cannot be validated, therein lies the violation of Amazon's Drop Shipping policy.

If you are able to provide valid tracking information as you have suggested, please provide further details on how you are not violating this policy. Do you have any proof that you purchased your inventory from your supplier? Do you have any proof you have had the inventory on hand to fulfill orders?

All in all, providing as much information as possible to substantiate that you have not violated this policy is your next step, unless further information is requested.
