Please can someone from amazon help -a-z issue and we are receiving no response or help from amazon

We have a case ID5697791782 which we need a response from amazon on.

We have recently had a A-Z claim go against us, despite providing full Royal Mail tracking information.

Amazon have taken the funds from our account yet we have provided full tracking information and the goods were signed for!! Now we are receiving no response from amazon support - please can someone from amazon contact us ASAP to resolve as the way we have been treated is absolutely appalling!!

Did you add the tracking details to the order when you marked the item as shipped?

You know your really not going to get very far on the forums if your looking for an Amazon response?
If it has been that long since you have not had a response to the case, then your only real alternative, is to email the MD instead to escalate it.
But do have patience, these things can take time.
