Small claims court A-Z claim - Letter before action

Failed A-Z claim - customer damaged the printer.

I have emailed the managingdirector email address with the 14 days letter before action this morning but is there another address or post address please. Details:

Order (in case someone from Amazon is on here) 205-5408285-4249915

1- The order was supplied 82 days ago - As per Amazons terms and conditions of sale and English law the printer has no right of return to us

2- The printer was perfect with no mechanical faults

3- The customer purchased a compatible toner from another reseller (not us)

4- The compatible toner damaged the printer

5- A Brother UK professional engineer was sent to inspect the printer

6- The engineers report clearly states the compatible toner purchased from another reseller caused the damage

7- The customer is fully aware of all this information

8- The supplier of the compatible toner is responsible for the repair of this printer and not us.

9- This is so clear that we are not responsible
