Zero sales and high storage fees
hello, I have tried Amazon fba for my cabinet organizers but unfortunately I’m getting bombarded with refunds and high storage fees. I guess my product was a miss. I’m thinking of taking a step back and just liquidating my inventory. Can someone guide me on how it works and if it’s better to do it through Amazon program or any information is appreciated.

There are liquidators online that you can contact. Also, depending on how bad your return rate is, you can discount your product to sell through it quickly. Good luck!

Hello @Seller_XcwyMC1QPRJaj
Thanks for reaching out to Amazon Forums. I'm sorry to hear your sales hasn't been as you expected. For liquidating your FBA inventory, Amazon offers several options:
You can use Amazon's Liquidation program:
- Go to 'Inventory' in Seller Central
- Select 'Manage FBA Inventory'
- Choose the items you want to liquidate
- Select 'Create Removal Order'
- Choose 'Liquidate'
Alternatively, you can:
- Create a removal order to have inventory returned to you
- Use FBA disposal service
- Consider running promotion campaigns before liquidating
For detailed information about these options and associated fees, please visit the "Remove inventory from Amazon's fulfillment centers" help page in Seller Central.
Contact Seller Support for specific guidance about your inventory situation.
Kind regards,
Nano
