Template freezing

hi can somebody please help I have been trying to change my templates to get reduced dates for delivery shown on the listings as they have taken my premium shipping away because of the VTR problems they had on their site now every time I try to change a template there’s a red banner that says freezing template shipping abnormalities and I can only change it after 24 hours 12 hours passes again. I tried to change it only once and then they freeze it again. Can somebody tell me if they are having problems with this or how to get this resolved where I can change my template a few times to see which one I prefer the timings to.

I think it is normal that you cannot change the shipping template again within 24 hours - it certainly happened to me when I last changed mine a few months ago.

The "quickest" delivery a buyer will see if is you

a) change your handling time to 1 day and

b) change your transit time for the first domestic region to 2-3 days - don't do this for the 2nd group which includes the Outer Hebrides, NI and IoMan!

Hello @Seller_KzFy77XsIOHz2,

@Seller_hOZNPw7G8FIjl is correct, you can only change your default handling time once in a 24-hour window.

I recommend you review this help page: Manage your delivery time

Shipping Settings Automation will set automated transit times, which can reflect the carrier's actual delivery capabilities for the shipping services you already use, to avoid any potential issues with the delivery promised time. However, this does not mean that this function will reassure you of the fastest delivery.

Regards,

Sakura
