I’m unable to log into my seller account

I’m unable to log into my seller account, it keeps giving me this error:

"Not Authorized - This email address isn't associated with any accounts."

I can’t contact amazon even though open cases for a month. Any ideas to resolve this issue.

Are you sure that you are logged in with the right e-mail address? I do see a "switch accounts" button in your screenshot, if you click on that, do you get other account options?

I've mirrored the account access on my end and I see no error messages.
