Update settings to avoid required removal of unfulfillable inventory
Effective January 28, 2022, an incomplete or invalid return address for unfulfillable inventory for the UK or the EU will lead to settings being disabled in the respective region.
Unfulfillable inventory without a valid return address will be subject to the required removals policy, including applicable removal fees. To ensure that inventory is handled the way you want, verify and update your automated-removal settings for both the UK and the EU.
As we previously announced, you can configure your automated-removal settings depending on whether your unfulfillable inventory is in the UK or the EU. For example, you can provide a local return address for the UK but another address for inventory in the EU.
If you don’t have a valid local address, you can select from Furbishing, Grade and Resell, and Liquidations as value-recovery alternatives. For more information, go to Value-recovery services.
