Account Reserve Equal to Total Acount Balance
I've been successfully selling on Amazon US for years, but only recently begun seriously selling on Amazon UK. I had begun the process prior to Covid, but it got derailed by the pandemic, meaning I had an Amazon UK account with a small amount of money in it for a few years, but never set up banking information to withdraw funds. Now I've picked up where I left off. I have added and confirmed banking info, submitted identifying documents (that Amazon requested) for my personal identity and for my business, but I am not able to withdraw funds.
The issue is essentially as stated in the title: I have a good amount of funds accumulated that I would like to withdraw, but Amazon has kept the account level reserve equivalent to how much I have earned. I've opened up multiple cases asking about this issue over the past six months, but each time the case itself is marked as 'transferred' and I never get a response. Also, from the time the case itself is marked as transferred I am no longer able to submit case updates in any way- it's functionally as though the case is closed to me. I don't really learn much else when I call Amazon. All I get is that the case(s) have been/will be transferred to the team which handles such things, and that they will eventually update me, which they never do. The oldest case about this problem was submitted in August 2023. I have also written two Jeff emails with no response. My biggest hurdle is that nobody on the Amazon support team can or will communicate with me about what the problem is.
Has anybody else ever had an issue like this?

Have you ever had a disbursement from the UK Seller Account? Does it say when your next disbursement date is? Or every time it gets to the disbursement date does it just say £0.00 available and £0.00 to be transferred on the next date?
When you do a different market it isn’t unusual for it to be 2 months until you get some funds.
Does it say your bank account for withdrawals for the UK is confirmed/verified?
