Not Accepting Applications to Sell.
Hi guys, I'm in the process of launching a supplement brand on Amazon. I previously created the listing and was able to make an inventory order without any problems. A month later I went to try and send inventory to Amazon and I got an error message that says I need to "request for approval". I then tried to request for approval and I got the following message:
Case Id For Amazon Support Team: 17101714941
We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Amazon Seller Support has been unhelpful thus far simply stating that they are not accepting applications to sell. Is this a wide-spread issue with multivitamins / supplements in general?
@Manny_Amazon I've seen you help other sellers with this issue in the past, are you able to assist me with this request?

It seems Amazon doesn't accept actually new supplements. Anyway, your product would appear on page 350 in the catalogue, so not letting you list it will probably save your money.
Why does everybody think selling "supplements" is a good idea? Are you a nutritionist, a doctor, a chemist, a pharmacist to understand something about it?

@Manny_AmazonHey can you plz look into my case and Get it fixed. I am really worried about Inventory

Hi @Seller_0GhzZZxDFWPG5,
Thanks for posting here. I've reviewed the details of your request. In some instances Amazon isn't currently accepting any applications to sell a product. In this instance the product is also prohibited from being sold in those other conditions. However, this product isn't accepting to sell products as New either. You can learn more about applying to sell products on the Categories and products that require approval help page.
Thank you for your understanding.
Regards,
- Manny
