Shipping Labels Cut in Half when Printing and Invoice page Missing

Today when I went to create labels for FBM orders... When I save as PDF on my desktop then print to my Rollo Thermal Printer, they are being cut in half once printed... The invoice page is missing as well after I saved it as pdf, there is no 2nd page. Everything has been fine for over 1 year now. Anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

When i go download the Rollo Test Label - it works just fine when I print it... It seems once I download labels from Amazon FBM orders to pdf on my desktop and print on my Rollo something isn't right...
