Lost inventory and then found SOME units
Has anyone experienced inventory being lost at an FBA warehouse and later found some units of the inventory? I don't understand how this could happen and have received no help from Amazon in the last 40 days.
I bought all my products on Amazon.com and shipped them to Amazon Canada via UPS cargo. UPS weighed the box, and it was 49.00 lbs. It was delivered on 05/09/2024 at 4:00 PM, and the products were received by Amazon FDR DROP. 79 out of a total of 85 products were lost or are still in the Amazon Canada warehouse.
I have sent all invoices and shipping details, but still, nobody from Amazon Canada has helped me, and they always respond in the same way ("Shipment FBAxxx was investigated for 'Incorrect Item Quantity in Box' issues. During your shipment creation process, units are assigned to specific boxes to help the receiving process go smoothly. However, during our review, we found that the units were not received as expected.").
I think the boxes were mixed up by an Amazon warehouse employee—they are unopened—or the products were stolen from inside the box.
