Amazon Premium Shipping Eligibility
Just been emailed by Amazon to say my account has gone below the 97% on time delivery rate to offer premium shipping.
Asked me to submit an action plan stating yada yada yada.
Checked my metrics and low and behold I have never been below 97% (Apart from August last year, have no idea what happened there!)
Spoke to Amazon on the good ole telephone who advised they could not help because they do not have the required tools.
Opened a case up and they just sent the same response saying I need to do an action plan.
– Selling on Amazon for at least 90 days.
– An order count greater than or equal to 10 orders in the past 30 days across all shipping options.
– An on-time delivery score greater than or equal to 97%.
Help?!

Its the metric on your first screenshot which is the issue. It’s below 97% for premium deliveries. You’d need to submit a plan of action against this. If you search on the forum Kika has some examples that can be used.

Or wait until the late delivery drops off the metrics. Emailing Seller Performance is a waste of time - unless you like being brick walled and pulling your hair out. The first time we had this issue I received a different response each time and none of them were helpful.

It doesn’t say in their metrics that it is for premium deliveries only. It says:
– Selling on Amazon for at least 90 days.
– An order count greater than or equal to 10 orders in the past 30 days across all shipping options.
– An on-time delivery score greater than or equal to 97%
I meet that criteria?

Ok, another question. (Thanks for being helpful)
When I am eligible again, will it automatically place it on there for me?
It says “We will exclude Seller-Fulfilled Prime orders from the evaluation. Seller-Fulfilled Prime Orders will be evaluated separately as mentioned on Seller-Fulfilled Prime help page”
However my seller fulfilled prime listings are adding an extra day on for delivery.
For example ASIN: B07GXJNPS2 which is mine states delivery will be by Tuesday.
However ASIN: B07R54V9PK (not mine) states it will be there by Monday.
So if they say that the SFP listings will be evaluated separately why is it adding an extra day on for delivery?

We’ve currently lost our (although no plan of action has been asked for) so just waiting for it to drop off.
The issue was I was trying to save money by having the 2 Day premium set as using RM Tracked 48 which in theory should of been fine but we’ve got 3 late deliveries on it , so I’ve changed that over to RM 24 Tracked and then 1 Day premium as RM special delivery.

I know this wont help whatsoever. But it made me feel better inside at 23:45 on a Thursday evening after battling with Amazon all day…
