Account suspended, cannot contact any support
Good morning.
My account was recently suspended due to a number of false counterfeit claims against a number of listings.
I have spoken to the brand who applied the claim, who have agreed to remove this, and I have emailed them a list of the complaint ID numbers to reverse, whilst I agreed to remove my stock, and not sell on the listings in future.
I am now receiving threatening emails from amazon regarding stock, removals, destruction of stock etc. I cannot contact seller support, the “Call me now” button for the account health team does not work, and no-one seems to wish to discuss this with me.
I do not want to hassle my contact at the brand who said they would reverse the process, but I would like to let Amazon know that this is being reversed, and my account health will be restored shortly.
What am I meant to do when I have no option to contact amazon, to tell them this?

Please reach out to the rights owner to check regarding the reversal of the complaints. To reverse the complaint, the rights owner must send the retraction to us at notice-retraction@amazon.co.uk or use the retraction function in Brand Registry.
