Users for our account were recently experiencing not being able to upload images through Image Manager or Bulk Upload Images (both one image at a time and bulk by zip file). The upload did not even make it to the Submission Status tab of Upload Images. We would immediately get an error that the file failed to load.

Seller support was no help as they were convinced this was an issue with not knowing how to upload images, zip file being too large or files not in the correct format or naming convention.

We noticed that our admin was able to successfully upload a file. We then checked user permissions and noticed a new permission in the Inventory section named Image Management. The default selection was set to View. After updating permissions to View & Edit, we are now able to upload image files through Upload Images.
