Hello

Please bear with me I am new to Amazon.

So we create and print greetings cards, and have decided to sell on Amazon.

I have created my account, been verified and had my brand approved.

I created my GTIN-13 in GS1 and clicked add product > create new listing (as it is something not currently sold on Amazon). I filled out all the information and clicked submit.

A messafe came up saying thank you for advising amazon to update their catalogue, usually takes 15 minutes.

Now a few hours on I cant see the product in my inventory and cant find a way top get help.

I am hoping somebody can point me in the right direction as to what I am doing wrong?
