Amazon Incorrectly flagged 24 units as expired and disposed of them before the two week date or any response from the case.
We received an email February 14th stating 11 out of 90 and 14 out of 70 units from two different asin's were marked expired and we had until February 26th to create a removal order. This could not be correct since we only had one batch all these units manufactured and items had expiration date 4/26 on the boxes. Since our unfulfillable returns were set to disposal, we immediately changed the settings to return and opened a case ID 14781761671 for investigation. We assumed they wouldn't be disposed of until the 26th. The next day we saw a removal order 4arSq/ISDg pending. We canceled that removal order and it looked like it went through but they were all eventually disposed of and now 36 days later, we finally received a response from the internal team stating that they did a bin check and saw no defect but they could not reimbursed because the units in question were already disposed of. How can you receive a two week notice and they dispose immediately. There has to be a better way. For a small business these kinds of mistakes are costly.

Hi @Seller_W1BXnrIdtUUBt, just tying off this thread noting that my colleague Dominic has escalated the case based on this thread so we'll keep the conversation on that one going forward.
