Campaign Manager Error
When I go into an ad in campaign manager and I then click on the 'ad groups' tab, it comes up as "Sorry, something went wrong. We weren't able to load part of the page. Reload the page and try again".
All other tabs within the specific ad campaign are working except for that one.

Common issue with campaign manager, most likely overloaded, just keep checking back.

I appreciate you posting about this experience, and do hope the issue has already been resolved. If not, I can help recommend completing standard troubleshooting tasks like clearing cache and cookies, or attempting to access via a different browser. I know Seller Central can seem to like Firefox the best, the same may be true for the Advertising platform.
Should issues continue to persist, please create a case with the advertising support team directly for more technical troubleshooting.
