Long Review Process
Hello,
I have listed a product on Amazon. Since the product falls under the children's toy category, certain certifications and test reports were required. I uploaded the requested documents and product photos to the system. I completed this process on February 21st, and it has been more than 15 days without a response. The review is still ongoing.
I have heard from other sellers experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately, these long review processes disrupt planned sales timelines. I have contacted the support team multiple times, but the responses are always the same—I am told to wait.
What can I do to get a faster resolution to this issue? I would appreciate any advice from experienced sellers.
