Old ASIN Keeps Reappearing in Stranded Inventory (Case ID: 17672287901)
Dear Amazon Forum Moderators,
Regarding the old ASIN, the product keeps appearing as stranded inventory on my page. I was assured by Seller Support that the issue had been resolved
Case ID: 17435800571
The last update received was as follows:
"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
According to the update from our internal team, the unit has been removed and the stranded issue has been resolved."
However, the product is still showing as stranded inventory on my page.
Could you please remove it from my page urgently and ensure that this issue does not occur again? (The most recent case opened is Case ID: 17672287901).

I've reviewed your case and your inventory and from what I can see the product isn't currently stranded. Are you still having issues with ASIN and the remaining inventory?
