Hello! Really hoping I can get some actual help here and would appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction to get this resolved.
Our store has 100+ pending FBA orders and I reached out to support for help. I included the oldest three pending FBA orders since they are as old as two months. Below is what I said and the two attachments are what was sent while making my case (ID 15910369651):
Our store has over 100 pending FBA orders with some orders as old as two months. These pending orders are tying up our inventory and we need it resolved.

We have looked into the situation and confirmed that our systems are functioning correctly. We will only ship an order after we confirm payment with a buyer. If a valid proof of payment is not provided during the payment validation cycle, the order is automatically cancelled by Amazon.
Any orders with payment issues will be automatically investigated and canceled where necessary in a timely manner to alleviate any inventory issues. We would like to reassure you that pending orders canceled by Amazon do not impact your order cancelation metric.
FBA orders can also be pending for issues with availability, such as inventory being inbound or in transshipment. In this case, the order will ship once the destination Fulfillment Center has finished processing it. If the expected ship date is exceeded, customers will receive the option to continue to wait for the order to ship, or to cancel the order. Order cancelations initiated by customers do not impact your order cancelation metric.

Since that was of no help and they didn't even acknowledge how old these pending orders are, what can I do now? Also, the link they sent does not work and they reported my case as answered, when it clearly is not. Can someone from amazon please get back to me about this? I've read so many other posts about '21 days pending' when that is not the case. Please let me know!
