Trademark & Amazon confusion / Ezra_Amazon / Case ID ID 9604789492
UK - Suspected intellectual Property Violation Appeal for TSEC - ASIN: B07FQVHR3L
ID 9604789492
As requested Ezra new thread to avoid confusion, case has just been updated and completely ignored all the information I included with all the trademark ref' and Amazon brand registry!
I understand that you are having an issue with ASIN B07FQVHR3L.
I am happy to assist. I recognize the full implications of how this is impacting your business.
We removed your listings as your product may not be compliant with Amazon intellectual property policies.
Remove all [tsec]-related information from the product attributes including generic keywords.
Thanks
Stu

For Ezra to notice your post, you need to tag him in to the post. You need to put @then start typing his name and then select from the dropdown for it to be highlighted in blue, otherwise he is unlikely to respond.

Looked at the other thread for details. You should be able to prove you have the right to sell your brand by having your "manufacturing division" provide a letter of Approval to your business for TSEC products.
I know it's dumb, but it should work.

lastest update after again sending them all the Amazon brand registration and Intellectual Property info' with all the numbers...
Thank you for getting in touch. I'm glad to help with your request about the listing removal of your brand protected ASIN: B07FQVHR3L.
We removed your listings as your product might not be compliant with Amazon Intellectual Property policies.
We've reviewed and found that your listing uses the protected trademark term of another rights owner [TSEC].
Update your product attributes based on the below use cases:
1. If you want to continue using the existing brand name:
Share a letter of authorization or licensing agreement proving that you're authorized by the rights owner to create and list products using [TSEC] trademarked term.
For more information, go to "Letter of Authorization":

Does the item have lots of reviews etc.
If not, as you are the Brand owner, just start a new EAN Barcode for it, and add as a new listing with the brand you own of: TSEC
I know why do Amazon say update something that is locked and only they can alter, but they never do, so give up! - work around it, and add as a new listing. (Then they will probably say 2 listings are they merged! - so make things not identical, inc model number version 2 etc can do)
