Amazon claiming Shortage Claim
Amazon has filed for Shortage claims, we go in to dispute them because we have proof we sent the items via the BOL. When I do the dispute they deny it and do not have answers for the money they owe us. The first line of my 3000 line sheet of money owe is $44k alone.

I have uploaded the documents as well for action required in FBA and they tell me they do not support those documents. They are the BOL and the packing slip the ONLY two documents anyone should need to confirm this was loaded and shipped.

Hi @Seller_BskAWz9WZIN6V,
Thank you for your patience! I wanted to jump in here to provide some additional assistance.
Please note that in order for your proof of ownership to be accepted, the document must be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer and must include the following information:
- The date of purchase/packing
- Product name
- Quantity
- A signed packing slip if you are the manufacturer with the shipment or purchase order ID
- An invoice from a supplier including the full name and address of the invoice issuer and of the purchaser
Additionally, your bill of lading must include:
- The number of boxes in the shipment
- The total weight when picked up by the carrier
- An Amazon stamp confirming the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center
For more information on the shipment investigation process, I would recommend reading through the following resources:
In order to move forward with an investigation, please confirm that you are sending the proper documents that contain all of the above information. If you're still running into this situation after doing so, please reach back out to me in this thread!
Thanks again,
Jameson

We run into the same exact issues constantly. However, it seems like Amazon has a lock down on making it seem like there's 'not really any others with the same issue'. Sure, sure Amazon, just make sure to keep a fire extinguisher handy cause your pants keep catching.
