Duplicate tax issue when i don't have any other account on Amazon seller

I am writing to follow up on a critical issue with my seller account. I am receiving an error message stating "You have filled duplicate tax details." This issue was initially reported 48 hours ago on 04/07/2024 and was escalated to your technical team for resolution.

Unfortunately, I haven't received any updates since then, and the duplicate tax information error persists. This is causing significant delays in my ability to manage my account and potentially impacting tax reporting.

To expedite the resolution, I would appreciate it if you could provide the following:

An update on the technical investigation's progress.

An estimated timeframe for when the duplicate tax information error will be rectified.
