It looks like you selected the professional selling plan. Go to your settings and downgrade to the individual plan, this does not have a monthly charge. Then open a case with seller support and ask them for a refund.

What is the reason for account deactivation? Did you review your Performance Notifications ?
Regarding the charges of the software application. Is it 3rd party software from Amazon Partners? You should be able to contact them and clarify your doubts.
