Can anyone help reactivating my account. I not sure why it was deactivated, but have two ideas.
I have a company which I call "By Inquisition Press". I am sole proprietor. I sell my chemistry textbooks outside of Amazon using that business name.
I used to have an Amazon Seller account called “By Inquisition Press” but this was deleted by mistake in Dec 2021. I was actually trying to delete an Amazon.de account (not a Seller account) associated with the same email. I am not sure what happened to my inventory or funds. I was told that once that account was deleted, all records are gone and I cannot access it again, I have not been able to access it since Dec 2021, or start a new account using “By Inquisition Press”. I have nothing to prove this occurred except multiple emails from me to Amazon trying to get it back, and some vague replies.
In Jan 2022 I started my current seller account “By Inquisition”. Here is a screen shot of one of the books (hard copies) I sell using that account (currently deactivated):

All has been fine until 10 days ago when this account was deactivated. If it was deactivated because I used to have a Seller name "By Inquisition Press", why should that be a problem now two years after that account was irreversibly deleted? I have appealed with copies of some emails with Amazon in 2022, but I receive only the "Provide Additional Information" written response email. However, I tend to think this is not the problem and have another theory about why my account is deactivated .....
In 2023 I started publishing updated versions of my books as electronic versions on KDP (the older books are all hard copies). Here is a screenshot of one of my books on KDP:

That KDP account has NOT been deactivated. I do not have a record of the docs I made forming a KDP account. I do not remember if I used the name “By Inquisition Press” or not, but possibly did. Moreover, for each ebook that I post now I fill in the following optional field using "By Inquisition Press" because that is my true business name, even if my Seller name is "By Inquisition" ......

I filled these out as “By Inquisition Press” not thinking this might give me a conflict because I call my new seller account “By Inquisition” (without “Press”). This is my best guess for the problem. I use the same email on my “By Inquisition” and my KDP account.
CONCLUSION: I want to avoid losing my Seller account “By Inqusition” because I have inventory, a lot of work, and many affiliate links associated with it. I could relatively easily go back and change all of my 19 books on KDP account to show publisher “By Inquisition” (without Press) in that field above, but would that fix the problem? How would I prove I have fixed it if I do that?
If the problem is not my KDP account, or that I had an old seller account By Inquisition Press, then I do not know what the problem is. I should be the only person selling new copies of my books on Amazon (or anywhere else).
I have tried explaining this in multiple appeals with the same screenshots, but I get only the same standard email reply. It is very hard to fix a problem when not sure what it is, and how to prove changes that just might have fixed it.
Please help. I do not know what to try now. I am stuck in a loop. The documents requested in the standard email reply from Amazon simply do not exist or apply to my situation. I do not seem to get a response composed by a human.

Hello @Seller_vKeEOauozL3nh,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account.
As you've mentioned the chain of events does sound like there may be a multiple account policy violation, however due to the limited information provided I would ask that you provide your account deactivation notification from seller central so that we can offer more information and next steps in your situation.
I have also passed this concern to our account health support teams who may attempt to reach you by phone to try and discuss this concern a bit further.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.

UPDATE. Today I had a call from John at Account Health Support. John thinks the problem is my old account and advised me to send in a help request via Help/Get support/selling on Amazon. I did and generated case ID: 14730939091. John had not yet read this post.
I advise others to make a case number via Get Support on Account Health. It is vital to attach photo of government ID (DL or passport) and a utility bill.

Greetings @Seller_vKeEOauozL3nh,
Thank you for your patience while the moderating team and I work to reply here.
I had one email asking for times to review my info by video call. I selected 3 times (with my merchant ID),and receive an automated notification that I willl receive an email 2 days before one of the requested interview times.
No email came. Nothing.
I have been through this cycle three times now.
No email came. Nothing.
If the interview call is not confirmed in that 48 hour period before all three of your selected dates and times, this means the interviewing team did not have availability.
I urge you to revisit the link and choose new dates and times. If you experience any issues when accessing the link, please reply here and let us know so we can further research this issue.
All the best,
Stevie
