Urgent Help Needed: Incorrect ASIN Recall Affecting UK Market

I urgently need assistance with an issue affecting my ASIN for almost a year now. The product was flagged and recalled by the German market's product safety team due to specific packaging requirements. (EU RES PERSON),However, the recall should not impact my UK listings, as these requirements are exclusive to Germany and do not apply in the UK.
Despite this, the reinstatement is being denied to German listing unless all inventory is cleared from every market including UK market which seems unfair and unrelated to the UK market's compliance standards as Im a local UK seller.
Could you please help rectify this situation so that my UK and German listings can be reinstated immediately?
Please note the German inventory has been removed and all clear from FBA long ago but somehow seller support unable to see .
