I have had an order come though but my account is inactive and I can't get in to process the order. It says to recativate my account I need to replace the charge method. I have done this multiple times but each time it says "card could not be verified. please try again." There is nothing wrong with the card. I only have one card and it is the one I was using before without any problems. Please can someone advise me how to rectify this? I can see there are multiple threads with the same problem but no solutions.
