Everything on my account is verified, did a video interview to verify my account and keep making cases asking to remove the account level reserve that has been on there for 4+ months during the whole Q4 and i have not had a single payout. they keep responding to cases saying your account is now verified and payouts will be enabled, then nothing actually happens
