FBA Missing product
I have sent 2 boxes of an item they both have arrived and I have sold both of them.
I checked today and one of the orders just dissapeared, like it never happened, and the product is gone from my inventory too.
Not sure how to or where raise a ticket about this?

The other issue is buyer asked for refund , am I going to get the product back to my house? They said that one thing was missing from the box (two separete cases same product), even though i packed everyhting carefully and im 100% sure it was all there upon packing up my box.
It just really feels like there is no point doing FBA with all these fees and isses :((

It's possible the item was lost or damaged. If that's the case then Amazon generally reimburse quite quickly, but you can find the claim process as well as what to do first at https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/GGEV4254LJJ9BAEG
As for the refund, Amazon handle everything and the item goes back to them.
