GTIN Exemption Page Not Working/Bug
I'm trying to apply for my GTIN exemption - following all the steps of adding my own product, checking that I don't have a product ID (since I'm selling generic t shirts) and clicking on the apply to sell and it takes me to the attatched page. It's blank with two blank buttons that don't go anywhere so I can't even access the application. I've contacted support multiple times and they keep on sending me instructions on how to apply for the exemption then closing my case [Case ID:15164248561] without seemingly really reading my email that there's a bug on their page. I don't know what to do or how to move forward and am becoming very frustrated. I've tried it on multiple computers, different browsers, restarting everything and still the same thing. Would really appreciate some help!

Michelle at Amazon here. Seller Support has asked you to apply again through the link they provided and contact them back if you are still having issues. You will need to reply back with screenshots showing the information you entered so they can review along with which browser you are using. Another thing you should try is, using a different browser to apply.
If you still need help after they complete their investigation, please let me know.
